ELISABETH O. BRENNAN
Elisabeth is an award-winning creative leader, design director, and multidisciplinary designer with more than 15 years of experience building brands and leading creative teams for some of North America's most recognized companies.
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Elisabeth's passion for art and design was evident from an early age. What began as a love for photography evolved into a career centered on visual storytelling, branding, and strategic design. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design & Advertising, with a minor in Photography, from Columbus College of Art & Design, while simultaneously growing a freelance design business that continues today.
Throughout her career, Elisabeth has partnered with national and international brands spanning financial services, quick-service restaurants, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. Her experience includes agency work with Interbrand, where she specialized in branding, packaging, digital imaging, and food styling, followed by leadership roles at 500 Degrees Studio, where she helped shape the creative direction for Burger King and Tim Hortons across the United States and Canada. From leading international photoshoots and developing scalable photography systems to redesigning national menu experiences and launching award-winning campaigns, her work has consistently balanced thoughtful strategy with exceptional execution.
Today, Elisabeth serves as Omnichannel Design Director at JPMorgan Chase, leading multidisciplinary creative teams that develop integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, email, social, direct mail, web, and experiential channels. She partners closely with senior leadership to translate business objectives into compelling customer experiences while mentoring designers and creative managers across the organization. Passionate about the future of design, she also champions the thoughtful integration of AI into creative workflows, helping teams find ways to work more efficiently without sacrificing craftsmanship or creativity.
Whether she's directing a photoshoot, presenting work to executive stakeholders, or rolling up her sleeves to help a team meet an impossible deadline, Elisabeth is known for bringing equal parts strategic thinking, attention to detail, empathy, and relentless drive. She believes the best creative solutions happen when beautiful design is grounded in clear business objectives, thoughtful collaboration, and a genuine understanding of the people they're created for.
